Public service:  Hottest Girls of the Final Four

As a loose rule:

beginning at the Canadian border, females gradually get hotter as you progress further and further southwards towards the I-70/Mason-Dixon Line.*  Below the Mason-Dixon Line, all bets are off, and debate over comparative hotness may begin.**  

Unfortunately, only one Final Four school lies below the Mason-Dixon Line.  Therefore, University of North Carolina automatically has the hottest girls in the Final Four.  Debating the issue is a futile waste of time.
